Building Production Infrastructure From the Ground Up
When the NFL Draft came to Detroit, Show Ready worked with Activate on a Detroit Lions fan activation in a temporary tent near Hart Plaza.
Activate led the interactive experience design and fabrication. Show Ready provided the technical production infrastructure, including LED video, audio, staging, lighting, rigging, power and technical direction.
The systems had to work together within a temporary environment while supporting the activation’s creative vision.
When the venue doesn’t provide the infrastructure, your production partner needs to engineer it.

Show Ready Technologies, Inc. and Activate Inc., two WBENC-certified Detroit companies, combined forces to collaborate on the NFL Draft Lion’s Fan Experience tent located in front of Hart Plaza. Show Ready Technologies supplied event crews and engineering technology, including audio, videowall, lighting, rigging, videography, and staging.
Together, we created a fun and exciting guest experience that left a lasting impression on football fans. The Lion’s Fan Experience tent was a resounding success. From the moment fans entered the tent, they were immersed in an experience that was both exciting and interactive. The high-quality audio, stunning videowalls, dynamic lighting, and thoughtfully designed staging all worked together to create an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation. Fans were able to participate in a range of activities, engage with interactive displays, and feel a deep connection to the event and the Detroit Lions.
