Who may participate in the 2026 Ford Interior Innovation Expo?
Participation is limited to suppliers selected and approved by Ford Motor Company. The Expo is a curated, invitation-only event.
What is included with my exhibitor package?
The $8,995 Standard Exhibitor Package includes a turnkey 10′ × 10′ exhibit environment, custom booth graphic, furnishings, standard electrical service with power strip, access to guest Wi-Fi, two exhibitor admission tickets per event day, four boxed lunches, and a Half-Page Company Profile in the printed and digital Program Book.
Can different representatives attend on each Expo day?
Yes. Your two included admission tickets are assigned separately for October 21 and October 22, allowing your company to designate different representatives for each day. Advance registration required.
Can I purchase additional admission tickets and lunches?
Yes. Additional Expo admission tickets and boxed lunches may be purchased in advance. Attendee names and any dietary restrictions or allergies must be provided for the applicable event day.
Can I bring additional equipment or displays?
Yes, subject to advance review and approval. Additional displays, demonstrations, structures, equipment and special electrical requirements must be submitted to Show Ready Technologies in advance.
What is a Ford Innovation Briefing?
Innovation Briefings are limited, private one-hour sessions that provide selected exhibitors an opportunity to present a specific technology, product, concept or engineering solution to Ford engineers and managers. Applications are reviewed by Ford, and submission does not guarantee selection.
Is the Evening Welcome Reception included with my exhibitor package?
No. Admission to the October 20 Evening Welcome Reception is available separately and must be purchased in advance.
